Step 1: Open the Coupon Tab
To get started, head to the Lalamove App and tap the side navigation icon.
Select the “Wallet” tab and tap on “Coupons.”
Step 2: Explore your Coupons
In the Coupon tab, you may already have coupons waiting for you! In the image below, you can see an active coupon that Lalamove automatically added.
Coupons will show their discount amount, maximum dollar savings, and validity period.
You can also enter coupon codes to activate discounts.
You can earn even more coupons when you refer friends to Lalamove with your unique referral code!
Tap the “Invite a Friend” button and share your link. Your friend will get 40% off their first order, and you’ll receive a 40% off coupon after their first successful delivery!
Step 3: Use your Coupons
With your coupons set, now you’re ready to save on delivery!
Just enter your pick-up and drop-off locations and delivery time. After you select a vehicle type, you’ll see the delivery cost and savings if you use one of your coupons.

Tap “Apply coupon” to confirm the coupon you want to use. The coupon you select will have a checkmark next to it.
To verify that your coupon is active, check if the savings are displayed on the checkout screen.
