Notice of Financial Incentive (Users)

This Notice of Financial Incentive (this "Notice") explains the material terms of the Lalamove User Referral Program (the "Program") and how it relates to your privacy rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. This Notice supplements the Privacy Notice (User) and applies only to the Program. 

1. What the incentive is

The Program offers coupon(s) to eligible Users ("Referrers") for referring new Users ("Referees") to Lalamove. The current reward amount and any conditions (including the completion of order by Referees) are displayed on the Program page / Referrer Page in the User App and our website. 

2. Eligibility and material terms

Who can participate. You must be a registered User with an active account to act as a Referrer. Referees must be new users with no prior account history, including previous enrollments or past orders.

How it works. When you click to share your exclusive referral link, we issue you a referral link. A referral is successful when the Referee registers using your link and completes the minimum qualifying activity within the stated time period (as shown on the Program page). Rewards are generally credited to the User wallet within the timeline stated on the Program page.

Anti-fraud. We may withhold / revoke rewards for fraudulent or abusive activity (e.g., fake/self-referrals, multiple accounts) or violations of Program terms. 

Program changes. We may modify or discontinue the Program; any missions already started under then-current terms will be honored.

3. Categories of personal information we use for the Program

We collect the following personal information when you opt in to the Program, in addition to what is described in our Privacy Notice:

• User's full name

• Phone number

• Order information

• Time of operation

4. How the incentive relates to the value of your data

We make a good‑faith estimate that the value of the personal information we collect in connection with the Program reasonably relates to the financial rewards offered. We estimate value using one or more of the following:

• the expected incremental revenue from referred Users during the evaluation;

• the costs saved in acquiring Users through other channels; and

• the operational cost to issue and issue rewards (e.g., reward processing and support).

As the Program relies mainly on basic contact and program‑event data, the reward is not disproportionate to the value of the related personal information. Rewards may vary by market, order type, or time period.

5. Retention

We retain Program‑related data only for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to operate the Program (e.g., to attribute referrals, prevent fraud, credit rewards, meet tax/audit obligations), after which we will delete or de‑identify information per our retention policies.

6. Your privacy choices

Participation is voluntary. You may exercise your rights under applicable laws (e.g., access, deletion) as described in our Privacy Notice (User).
