Notice of Financial Incentive (Drivers)

This Notice of Financial Incentive (this "Notice") explains the material terms of the Lalamove Driver Referral Program (the "Program") and how it relates to your privacy rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100 et seq.) and the New Jersey Data Protection Act (N.J. Stat. Ann. §§ 56:8-166.1 et seq.). This Notice supplements the Privacy Notice (Driver) and applies only to the Program.

1. What the incentive is

The Program offers a monetary reward to eligible Drivers ("Referrers") for referring new Drivers ("Referees") to Lalamove. The current reward amount and any conditions (including the qualifying vehicle type and completion requirements) are displayed on the Program page / Referrer Page in the Driver App and our website. Rewards may vary by vehicle type; the current amounts and criteria shown on the Program page control.

2. Eligibility and material terms

• Who can participate. You must be a registered Driver with an active account to act as a Referrer. Referees must be firsttime Drivers (no prior Driver account; reenrollments are ineligible).

• How it works. When you click to share your exclusive referral link, we issue you a referral code. A referral is successful when the Referee registers using your code and completes the minimum qualifying activity within the stated time period (as shown on the Program page). Rewards are generally credited to the Driver wallet within the timeline stated on the Program page.
• Anti-fraud. We may withhold/revoke rewards for fraudulent or abusive activity (e.g., fake/self referrals, multiple accounts) or violations of Program terms.
  
• Program changes. We may modify or discontinue the Program; any missions already started under thencurrent terms will be honored.

3. Categories of personal information we use for the Program

We collect the following categories of personal information when you opt in to and participate in the Program. For a complete description of how we collect and use personal information, please refer to our Privacy Notice (Driver):

• Driver’s full name

• Phone number

• Order information

• Vehicle Type

• Referral code and referral link usage data
• Referee registration and qualifying activity completion status
• Reward amount, payment status, and wallet transaction data

4. How the incentive relates to the value of your data

We make a good-faith estimate that the value of the personal information we collect in connection with the Program reasonably relates to the financial rewards offered. We estimate value using one or more of the following:

• the expected incremental revenue or margin from referred Drivers during the evaluation window;

• the costs saved in acquiring Drivers through other channels; and

• the operational cost to issue and honor rewards (e.g., payment processing and support).

As the Program relies mainly on basic contact and program-event data, the reward is not disproportionate to the value of the related personal information. Rewards may vary by market, vehicle type, or time period. Based on the foregoing methodology, we estimate that the value of the personal information collected in connection with the Program is reasonably equivalent to the value of the reward offered to the participant. The specific reward amounts are set forth on the Program page in the Driver App and on our website.

5. Retention

We retain Program related data only for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to operate the Program (e.g., to attribute referrals, prevent fraud, credit rewards, meet tax/audit obligations), after which we will delete or deidentify information per our retention policies.

6. Your privacy choices

Participation is voluntary. You may opt in to or withdraw from the Program at any time without penalty. If you withdraw, we will not process your personal information for the Program going forward, but previously earned and credited rewards will not be affected. You may exercise your rights under applicable laws (e.g., access, deletion, correction, opt-out of sale or sharing, opt-out of targeted advertising) as described in our Privacy Notice (Driver).

This Notice supplements the Privacy Notice (Driver). In the event of any conflict between this Notice and the Program terms displayed in the Driver App or on the Program page, the current Program terms shall govern eligibility and reward amounts.
