We do not sell personal information in the past twelve months. We may share online identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising only if you enable Targeting Trackers.

Right to limit the use/disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. We use sensitive personal information only for necessary and proportionate purposes and do not use it to infer characteristics or for targeted advertising; therefore, this right may not apply.
6. How to exercise your rights
Sending Us Your Requests
To exercise these rights, you can contact us directly by emailing dpo@lalamove.us, or by sending us your requests through the contact details as set out in the section headed “Contact Details”.
Authorized Agent
Under certain U.S. state data protection laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
Request Verification
Upon receipt of your request, we will need to verify your identity to confirm that you are the person whom we maintain information in our systems. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. If we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request you to provide additional information exclusively for the purposes of identity verification and for the prevention of security breaches or fraudulent activities.
Appeals
Under applicable U.S. state data protection laws, if we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at dpo@lalamove.us. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal and provide a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account via the following path: Settings > [Click on Your Avatar] > Delete Account. Once you initiate a deletion request, we will provide you with a status update from time to time and will notify you if your request is processed. For further details, please refer to our Community Guidelines.
Once we process and complete your request to delete your account, your entire account together with the data provided through such account will be deleted in its entirety, save and except for such data we are required to retain as mandated by law. After processing and completing a deletion request, it is also impossible to undo the relevant deletion.
In the event that you would like to correct and/or delete certain information you provided us before, instead of deleting your account, please send your data correction and/or deletion request to us by emailing dpo@lalamove.us, or contact us through the contact details as set out in the section headed “Contact Details” of this Notice.
Opt-out of Telemarketing Communications
We are committed to complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and ensuring that your rights are respected regarding telemarketing communications. The TCPA restricts certain unsolicited marketing communications via phone calls, text messages, and fax transmissions. You may opt out of our marketing communications as described in the emails, SMS messages, or within the App settings.
Controls For Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
7. Special Notice for California Residents
Your California Privacy Choices
For California residents, if you enable Targeting Trackers in “Your Privacy Choices”, we and our business partners may process online identifiers and network activity for cross-context behavioral advertising (a “share” under California law).
You can change your choices anytime via “Your Privacy Choices”, under “Sale or Sharing of Personal Information & Target Advertising”.
For the avoidance of doubt, we do not use sensitive personal information for targeted advertising or to infer characteristics.
California “Shine the Light” Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine the Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we disclosed personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us by using the contact details provided in the section headed "Contact Details".
8. International Transfer of Personal Information
Your personal information is stored in the state of Ohio, USA. These locations may have privacy laws that are different from those in your state or country. We will ensure that all transfers of your personal information comply with applicable legal requirements and where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (e.g., contractual commitments with Service Providers) and take steps to protect your information consistent with this Notice.
9. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes where required by law. We encourage you to periodically review this notice.
